- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The manager, Josh, helped me and he was amazing. I was shipping a small piece of furniture that had a lot of sentimental value to me. He spent an inordinate amount of time explaining the options to me and stay with me until we found one that would work. Through it all he was professional and good- natured. At the same time he was helping other customers, but I never felt that I wasn't receiving his attention and top notch service. He's one in a million!By peg layton, August 10, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I needed a large printing job for my small business and figured the big office chains would be able to handle my needs. After being promised same day service my order was delayed 4 days which costs me a large amount of potential revenue. When I went to UPS in Boerne, the team was beyond helpful and were able to get my brochures printed in a few hours.
